We are currently looking for a Travel Specialist (m/f) who is passionate about redefining business travel through innovative management solutions.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• - Organization of travel agency activities
  
  
• - Independent management of all agency and administrative activities
  
  
• - Working with domestic and international clients and finding new clients
  
  
• - Coordination in the execution of tourist trips
  
  
• - Creating offers, invoices, and reservations, preparing travel documentation
  
  
• - Preparation and maintenance of records and reports
  
  
• - Organization of conferences and congresses
  
  
  

Application Requirements

• - Strong organizational skills – ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of responsibility
  
  
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills – flexibility in adapting to different clients and business needs
  
  
• - Computer proficiency – ability to work with digital tools, reservation systems, and standard office applications
  
  
• - Knowledge of tourism regulations in Croatia – understanding and compliance with legal requirements related to agency operations
  
  
• - Secondary education or university degree – candidates with education in tourism, economics, or related fields are preferred
  
  
• - Excellent command of English, both spoken and written – ability to communicate fluently with international clients

Priority will be given to candidates who have:

• - Work experience in a travel agency
  
  
• - Fluency in another foreign language, both spoken and written (preferably German)
  
  
• - Completed education in the field of tourism or economics
  
  
• - Passed the professional exam for a travel agency manager
