You can always contact us at the chat form on our Website (if registered) or using contact form https://www.travelspot.com/contact-us or directly by sending a registered mail to our registered address.

Travelspot assists you in gathering travel information and determining the availability of travel products and services.

We enable you to book flight tickets, hotels, ferry tickets, train tickets, car rentals, airport transfers, bus tickets, subway tickets, cruises, trips, and other similar products and services provided by third-party suppliers.

In providing you with the booking products and services, we enable you to control your budgets (applicable to legal entities only) and implement the corporate travel policy (if such exists).

Booking - when you search for products and services, the Travelspot system will display currently available results.

Processing your order - you can order our products and services at the Website or directly via email. Travelspot will deliver you the tickets and/or confirmations electronically whenever such tickets and/or confirmations are available in the electronic form.

Cancellations - whenever the service providers refund their clients in the cases of the cancellation of bookings and/or another type of orders, modifications to the existing booking, or no-show, Travelspot will refund you. In this case, Travelspot has the sole right to make a refund to you by using the original method of payment used at the time of the purchase or to increase your balance for the amount of refund.

Notification system - our system automatically reports, to the dedicated person, on your orders, and the dedicated person controls and manages the approval process.

When we purchase the products and services from third-party providers, we are acting as your agent. This includes the payment process to the extent necessary to provide you with our services or deliver our products. You explicitly authorize us to act as your agent for this purpose.

Travel policy overruling - If your company allows you to incur a greater amount of expenses than the ones allowed by your company's travel policy, the person authorized to make such an order shall be authorized to confirm by clicking the "Approve" button. If the person approving a greater amount of expenses than the ones allowed by your company's travel policy is not the authorized person, he/she is personally liable if the Travelspot platform is not compensated or reimbursed for the expenses incurred over the travel policy limits.

At Travelspot, we are offering third-party services and products integrated into our Website offering.

When making an order of services and products listed on Travelspot, you form a relationship with the relevant third-party service provider and become the subject of its terms and conditions (i.e., hotel accommodation rules). Such a relationship is constituting a separate legal relationship between you and the third-party provider; therefore, we strongly advise you to read their terms and conditions.

In your relationship with us, if such third-party terms and conditions have discrepancies with these Terms of Service, these Terms of Service shall apply.

Users

You, as the Travelspot user, explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Additionally, you explicitly agree to obey the special instructions and warnings contained in these Terms of Service, as well as to act in accordance with the applicable law and in accordance with the good faith standard.

You warrant that you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract (including being at least the required age to have the capacity in your country) and that you will only use our Website to make legitimate reservations.

You agree not to use the Website for any illegal purposes or to use the Website in any improper way in which the independent and prudent third person would not use it.

When entering the information into the Travelspot system, you are:

• liable, as an individual, for the correctness of the information about the other individuals,
• accepting this Terms of Service on their behalf and are liable they comply with them,
• responsible for paying the full amount of the booking price and any additional charges in relation to the booking requests set.

You shall not:

• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person,
• Use any invalid bankcard (credit or debit), account, or another form of payment that you are not authorized to use,
• Take any other action on the Travelspot platform that you are not authorized to take.

You agree that you will not take any action to cause an unreasonably large data load on our Website's network.

You are authorized to send us any suggestions about the Travelspot website or its part.

You as a user warrant that the data you are entering into our Travelspot platform is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. If you notify us of any incorrect data provided by you unintentionally, we will use our best efforts to try and change the details on the booking; however, we cannot guarantee that the TPP will accept this correction, in particular where a change could amount to a change in identity.

You are solely responsible for the credentials for using the Travelspot platform and, without any further ado to contact us if you recognize any security challenge with it.

Travelspot

Travelspot will use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information enclosed in the offers on the Website is performable at all times but is not liable for any inability to perform due to the fact that such performance depends on the TPP's.

Travelspot guarantees the Travelspot is not encumbered by the rights of any third parties and is offered for usage under these Terms of Service and control of the Travelspot LLC.

Travelspot will be liable for any wilful intent or gross negligence in breaching material contractual obligations (the obligations to which you can rely upon and are substantial to perform services) conducted by the legal representatives or the management personnel of the Travelspot. This liability applies only to the website's usage and does not refer to the performance of contractual obligations of the TPP's.

You can make a deposit on your Travelspot account by paying the up-front amount of funds you plan to spend on booking services and products offered on the Website.

Foreign currency exchange rates may apply when making payment to your Travelspot account.

We are not liable for any currency exchange rate fluctuations or additional costs your bank or card processor may apply to such transactions.

It is crucial for your financial security that you contract travel insurance. In contracting such travel insurance, it is very important that such insurance covers all the risks that may occur in the event of involuntary cancellation of your booking.

We are not providing the services of travel insurance, and we strongly advise you to try to search the web for the purposes of ensuring adequate travel insurance to be in place.

We strongly advise you to contract the insurance for the whole duration of your trip.

As the recipient of the confidential information you will provide to us, we are treating your data as strictly confidential (hereinafter referred to as the "Confidential Information").

For the purposes of using the Travelspot products and services, the term Confidential Information includes all the information you provide to us with the intention to use our services and products on the Website.

You shall recognize all the information we provide to you as confidential information and take all reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of the information provided to you. You are obliged to take at least the measures you would take in order to protect your proprietary/confidential information in your own business.

Confidential Information shall not include information which (i) is publicly available at the time of its disclosure; (ii) becomes publicly available (other than as a result of disclosure by the Recipient contrary to the terms of the present Clause); (iii) was lawfully in possession of the Recipient free of any restriction as to its use or disclosure prior to its being so disclosed, or (iv) is required by law or regulator or by any court of competent jurisdiction to be disclosed.

Travelspot shall:

• Use the Confidential Information for the sole purpose of providing the services agreed,
• Safeguard your Confidential Information with reasonable care,
• Inform you immediately if any breach occurs.

You are not allowed to modify any material you use, download, print off, nor use any photographs, videos, animations, illustrations, sketches, or audio sequences separately from any accompanying Travelspot text.

You are obliged at all times when using materials in connection to the Travelspot (and notwithstanding the form) to point out us as the authors. In case you violate this rule, your right to use our Website will cease immediately, and you must, at our option, return, destroy, and/or cease to use in any way any copies of the materials you have created.

Travelspot may include some data, materials, and/or information of the third parties in accordance with their services/products. This third party's content is not expressing our views or values. We are excluding any kind of liability in connection with this content.

If you deem, at any time, that any content of our Website is violating any portion of laws of the Republic of Croatia or any international law applicable to our Website, contact us right away as described in the chapter "CORRESPONDENCE."

This Website may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the Website, including discussion forums, bulletin boards, and review services. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our Website do not represent our views or values. We expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive area by a user in contravention of our content standards below.

It is strictly prohibited to use Travelspot for any unlawful purpose.

Therefore, you are not allowed to:

• Use our services and/or products to violate local, national, or international law or regulation in any way;
• Use our services and/or products for the attempt to violate any local, national, or international law or regulation in any way;
• Use, download, upload, modify or take any similar action with the data (notwithstanding who is the owner) with any unlawful purpose;

Transmit, broadcast or take any similar action with the intention to spam our Website or its users with any kind of marketing activities without our prior written approval.

You will not access it without authority, interfere with, damage, disrupt or act in any kind of malicious manner towards our Website or any of its parts, any software used in the provision of the Travelspot services and products.

Our liability is limited to connecting you with the TPPs in order to provide you with the ordered services or supply you with the ordered products.

Our liability cannot be claimed in any separate contract/agreement/terms and conditions you conclude/sign/accept with the TPPs that we are not a direct party of.

In any case, our liability is limited to the doubled value of your booking made at the Website.

A LOT OF THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE RELEVANT TPPs AND/OR USERS OF OUR WEBSITE WHO HAVE PROVIDED REVIEWS OF THE TRAVELSPOT SERVICES/PRODUCTS. WE WILL ALWAYS PUT OUR BEST EFFORTS TO ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND COMPLETE, HOWEVER TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF THE INACCURACY OR INCOMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION.

NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS ARE GIVEN BY US IN RESPECT OF ANY INFORMATION WHICH IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON OUR WEBSITE, AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS ARE EXCLUDED, SAVE TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF:

• INCORRECT DATA (SUCH AS NAME, PASSPORT OR IDENTIFICATION CARD DETAILS, NATIONALITY, CONTACT DETAILS, PAYMENT DETAILS, DATES AND TIMES) SUBMITTED BY YOU WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING ON TRAVELSPOT. THIS ALSO INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OR DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF:

1. YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TPPs TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
2. YOUR FAILURE TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION, SUCH AS A PASSPORT, VISA, OR PROOF OF VACCINATIONS, REQUIRED FOR YOUR TRAVEL PRODUCT.
3. US NOT BEING ABLE TO REACH YOU WITH IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BOOKING BECAUSE YOU PROVIDED THE WRONG CONTACT DETAILS.
4. YOU BEING UNABLE TO USE TRAVELSPOT SERVICE/PRODUCT (I.E.., BOARD A PLANE OR TRAIN, CHECK-IN TO A HOTEL, RENT A CAR) DUE TO THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT DETAILS (INCLUDING NATIONALITY) PROVIDED BY YOU DURING YOUR BOOKING NOT MATCHING THOSE ON YOUR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT (PASSPORT OR AN ID).
5. YOUR FAILURE TO RESPECT THE REQUESTED TIMELINES FOR SUCCESSFUL CHECK-IN, BOARDING, OR SECURITY CONTROLS.
6. WHERE YOUR JOURNEY CONSISTS OF SEVERAL TRANSFERS (USAGE OF SEVERAL SAME OR DIFFERENT MEANS OF THE TRANSPORT), YOUR INABILITY TO SUCCESSFULLY ONBOARD DUE TO YOUR OWN ACTS OR OMISSIONS.
7. ANY BOOKINGS, INCLUDING DUPLICATE BOOKINGS, MADE BY YOU IN ERROR OR OMISSION.
8. ANY DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND TPPs.
9. YOU TRAVELLING TO AND/OR AROUND AN AREA WITH A TRAVEL WARNING OR TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE.

TRAVELSPOT ESPECIALLY CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• ACTS OF GOD, EARTHQUAKE, FLOOD, STRIKE OF LIGHTNING OR OTHER NATURAL DISASTER;
• EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC (DECLARED OR UNDECLARED);
• ACTS OF TERRORISM, WAR (DECLARED OR UNDECLARED), COMMOTION OR RIOTS, THREAT OF OR PREPARATION FOR WAR, ARMED CONFLICT, IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS, EMBARGO;
• NUCLEAR, CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGICAL CONTAMINATION OR SONIC BOOM;
• ANY LAW OR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY A GOVERNMENT OR PUBLIC AUTHORITY CAUSING NEGATIVE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES; AND/OR
• INTERNET CRASHES, OPERATING SYSTEM OR DEVICE INSTABILITY, COMPUTER VIRUSES, AND CYBER ATTACKS.

WE HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF BUSINESS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

You are responsible for any losses suffered by Travelspot as a result of any use by you of our Website and/or booking products/services which is not in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in us taking all or any of the following actions:

• Issue of notification of warning to you,
• Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Website and/or our booking products/services.
• Start legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
• Further legal action against you.
• Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
• Take any other reasonable measure to indemnify us against you or to protect our business interests in other ways.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

The conflict of laws rule is explicitly excluded.

You accept that the applicable court in Osijek shall have the jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or their subject matter or formation.

We care for our users; therefore, we are always advising you to contact us for an amicable settlement of any potential disputes on legals@travelspot.com prior to starting any court proceeding against Travelspot.

These Terms of Service shall be interpreted in accordance with the spirit of the English language. In case of any translations, the English version shall prevail.

The court proceedings shall be led in the Croatian language in accordance with the local laws.

You can always contact us via chat form on the Website or by sending us registered mail using the address stated in the chapter "WHO RUNS TRAVELSPOT."

In order to reflect changes, introduce new features, change our business model or even terminate our business, we can update, change, modify or terminate these Terms of Service along with the Travelspot platform at any time.

In every such change, we will try to give you a notice (up-front when possible) of any major changes.

Security

We encourage you to use password vaults as a form of security-desired behavior. Please do not use passwords such as "password123" or "login123" etc.

If you notice any suspicious events regarding your Travelspot account, please contact our security team at without any further ado.

Our security recommendation is to use passphrases (instead of the passwords) at least 18 (eighteen) characters long with special symbols (!" #$%&/()=?*) and to change such passphrases every 90 (ninety) days.

Please do not use the same passphrase that you are already using for a different purpose.

In case you are endangering the safety of the Website and/or the safety of other Website users, Travelspot reserves the exclusive right to deny you access at any time and without any prior notice.

Entire Agreement and Severability Clause

These Terms of Service are overpowering any other terms that could be applicable to your connection with us. Exception from this rule is the situation described under the chapter "TPP (THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS)."
